The bus got stuck and we had to wait for hours for a mechanic to come no back up bus

Very nice and patient driver. Bus very late left after 8 instead of before 7. Got to George at 01h00 instead of 23h30 the previous night. Stop of 10 minutes at Plett a bit short as there were queues at the toilet and coffee shop

the bus was neat and drivers were proffesional and clean . the bus arrived 1 hour late and the route changed , it wasn't supposed to pick up people at uitneigh . Drivers we called on our way jeffreys to pick people in uitneigh

Bus was 3hrs late, they said they notified ticket holder but I received nothing. Rd works was the apparent reason, there are 4 stop and goes on the east London rd with a maximum oh an hour delay. Passengers were not notified of the new time of arrival in George either.

Big Sky delayed by 5 hours , and when It arrived in PE , we were 10 passengers that had to climb in , we had no space at all, the bus drivers allowed other passengers to climb in the bus hence we had no space. We had to be transported to another bus station and even there we waited for close to 3 hours. The bus was supposed to depart at 7:35AM, and we had to wait for another bus that only departed at 16:50. I’m very unpleased with this experience. I regard Intercape very high, I didn’t expect such bad service from the drivers.

Worst experience. Bus was 2 hours and 48 minutes late. No explanation. No notification.

Bus was late but other than that things were good

The bus was 4 hours late to collect and 4 hours later than initial drop off time.

We were delayed by 3 hours. The bus was great though. The driver forgot to drop me in George and kept going to Cape Town.

But drivers sold seats when the bus was full already and put bags on chairs that could have been sat on. The bus was also 2hr late.

10/10 everything was good
