I enjoyed that they were at my service when I need to change dates of departure and it was quick instead of taking my bus on the 5 I took it on the 6 . I didn’t like that the bus was very late and there’s no order and the lady that was helping us doesn’t know how to communicate with people

I booked a bus for R1050 only for a 16 sitter sprinter to arrive. There was no explanation why we were travelling in a sprinter instead of an actual bus. We had to beg the driver to stop for us to get food and use the toilet. It was very dissatisfying. We were supposed to arrive in Cape Town at 06:50 but only arrived at 09:00 in the morning. I will not be using their services again

The bus that I booked didn't arrive at the station. We ended up being picked up by later busses that were going to Gauteng and they dropped us at night in Fort Beaufort to wait for another bus that is going to Cape Town. The drivers of those buses were also drunk. Even the contact numbers of Jacobs Coaches don't work. This was a very bad experience. I'll never book JC again.
