Makalala Transport is appreciated for providing a warm and safe service, with friendly drivers maintaining an average speed. However, some users have noted that there were instances of delays without any apologies offered.

The bus itselft was fine. What was not is my ticket printing 6:30 pm when the bus leaves at 6pm sharp, quite an inconvenience. Please look at that glitche.
