The staff is very nice, bus on time, they communicate well. As for the bus, I won’t be using greyhound anymore, their standard is not the same since it came back. Uncomfortable 12hr ride, bought premium ticket, using same bus yet we pay different prices, cockroaches are a lot, the bus smells bad due to the toilet. Why cant they fumigate their buses really? Very uncomfortable sitting on chairs with small/big cockroach on chairs

We were taken to a different bus that left 2hrs later than the time we were supposed to leave...this bus deserves a whole book of it's own, from picking up Hitch hikers to people sleeping on the passage way and drop off on the highway... listen regret the whole experience
