It was a great trip, drove safely and I arrived 40 mins ahead of time at my destination. It was warm enough, just that the seats are not comfortable despite reclining. Overall, 9/10, minus one for the guy next to me who had stinking breath and made me nauseous 🫠

This specific bus didn’t have an awfully smelly toilet like the one we used to Dbn. The drivers were extra friendly and professional in their engagement with us from explaining what to expect and mentioning each stop sign. The bus was 7/10 (missing points are for the seats and curtains need deep cleaning once in a while and general cleaning daily) clean unlike the one to dbn which was just dirty. Dbn beach location needs to be rethought though because with big suitcases and kids having to cross the road back and forth for the check in and to the bus is hectic and dangerous. The lady at the check in point at dbn can learn a lot about customer care and friendliness- she put me off just immediately after politely greeting her as she gave me energy that I’m bothering her. One of the seats we were on was broken and couldn’t recline as the seats were separated.

The bus was comfortable. We left half an hour late and arrived hour and half late. Only suggestion I have is that there should be a stop where passengers are allowed to use the restroom and buy food like Montrose. Our bus stopped to drop off or pick up passengers but we didn't get a chance to buy food or use the restrooms
According to user feedback, the drivers are consistently praised for their professionalism and friendly demeanor. The buses are generally clean and comfortable; however, several reviews mention issues with air conditioning and lack of charging ports or functional toilets. Delays due to breakdowns or poor time management were also noted by some passengers as areas needing improvement.
Services are very poor. They dont respect time and clients. From the office staff no professionalism to the drivers. I remember i heard the name for one guy that works in the office and called his name because we were frustrated and ddnt know wer to go he told me straight that i mustn't call his name i dont know him.
The bus driver along the way he shout to clients threatening people that he wont go Pretoria and people should scream numbers the ones that are going to pretoria. I have used buses before and i never had to experience bad services like i did.
I will never use that bus again

The bus looked okay but had some small fixable issues. The charging ports didn't work and there was no soap in the bathroom.
