Firstly, the bus is not so clean.
The toilet is terrible, and one can only urinate, and NOT deficate.
No toilet paper, no water to wash hands. How possible is that.🤔🤔🤔
The waste plastics are a joke. They are so small an invisible.
The Drivers coming back from Kimberly were extremely rude.
No break for a log time, no communication. The bus stopped several times without any communication with commuters.
The only good thing is that the drivers drive extremely well, and follow road signs.

There was no seating place for us my mother had to stand until warrenton to get a place to sit shes in pain with her back, I can’t stand as well due to having multiple leg operations .. We honestly did not enjoy our trip.. the bus was crowded crowded.. and I feel we paid alot of money for such awful service i really do not think that its fair for paying so much money for awful service and to top it all off the bus was 2 hours late. I am very disappointed.
