The staff were very helpful in getting my dad onto the bus and finding him a seat at the front with extra legroom as he is a large man but struggles with walking. The staff made sure he was comfortable and the bus driver ensured me he would take care of him which was very helpful.

No explanation or apology was offered for wasting more than 2hrs of our time.
