Bus Tickets from East London to Pretoria

There's nothing that I enjoyed the bus was smelling so bad,there was cockroaches and it was very hot that time there's no windows the ac was trying but still and the charging cables was not working in the whole bus and not to state that instead of 9:30am I arrived at 12:00pm honestly I didn't enjoy anything.

The bus is late more than 4hours,we were supposed to be in PTA by 9:25, but we are still on the road at 13:27

the drivers were ok but not nice. they were rude to some of the passengers and only helped after they realised they were not nice. the lady who was weighing the suitcases in East London windmill also seemed slightly rude.

The seats are close together couldnt sleep my knees are hurting only one stop for a break toilets smell of pee

I did not enjoy anything, the trip was terrible. We were notified on the last hour that we will be transported by a different coach from East London to Bloemfontein. The SGS coach was terrible, very uncomfortable with no fan. WORSE PART the bus was supposed to arrive in Pretoria at 06:45 and it ended up arriving after 09:00 which made my trip useless as I was way too late for my appointment.

The driver again was offering people hikes which compromises the safety of passengers as unknown people are continuously allowed in

The bus was great but they dropped me in johannesburg and refused to take me to pretoria after I paid to go to pretoria. They said the bus isnt going to pretoria

I really loved that the charging point were working and hate the temperature it would be really hot next thing, warm next, thing very cold. Why can't it remain warm all throughout

The thing that i didn't enjoy is the part that the was no thing to charge the phone other than that i enjoy everything

The bus was not meant for long distance as it did not even have armrests or charging ports as the ticket had indicated. There air-conditioning was not working and no-one to direct us which bus was going to Pretoria passengers had to chase around Eagle Liner officials as to which bus to get into.

The convenience of charging spot,and the comfortability of the bus,also taking breaks helped a lot

The bus driver was driving fast and bad and also he was not communicating with us the passengers, he could not even tell us the bus stops and tell us to have few minutes break and was rude and very rude to even shout me for wanting to go to the lady's room.

Punctuality, is one of the factors that satisfied me. I still believe that students should get discounts😭

Am very much dissatisfied about your service, the buses doesn’t have a place to charge phone, the toilets was not functioning, they kept on changing us to one bus from another. It was really bad

The bus stacked for an hour and we had to switch buses and some of us were standing, The bus was full.Worst bus ever,I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The bus was scheduled to arrive at 07:10 and ended up arriving just before 11:00

The bus had a strong smell of urine due to a leaking toilet, which caused the urine to spread across the passage. While we understand this was an issue beyond the crew's control, a simple apology would have been appreciated and could have made a big difference

I didn't enjoy anything at all, bus broke down and there was no communication from the driver's ended up Arriving at my destination 3 hour's later. Reckless driving as well. Horrible journey
