Bus from East London to Pretoria: Tickets & Schedules

They wrote that we will arrive at 8am but it is 2pm and we still on a way. Very dissatified they should state correct times.

There's nothing that I enjoyed the bus was smelling so bad,there was cockroaches and it was very hot that time there's no windows the ac was trying but still and the charging cables was not working in the whole bus and not to state that instead of 9:30am I arrived at 12:00pm honestly I didn't enjoy anything.

The bus is late more than 4hours,we were supposed to be in PTA by 9:25, but we are still on the road at 13:27

Very bad, the bus stopped in Midrand for a very long time, and the driver couldn’t even explain to the passengers why we weren’t moving . The trip took us approximately 24hours. The worst experience ever

The seats are close together couldnt sleep my knees are hurting only one stop for a break toilets smell of pee

I did not enjoy anything, the trip was terrible. We were notified on the last hour that we will be transported by a different coach from East London to Bloemfontein. The SGS coach was terrible, very uncomfortable with no fan. WORSE PART the bus was supposed to arrive in Pretoria at 06:45 and it ended up arriving after 09:00 which made my trip useless as I was way too late for my appointment.

I really loved that the charging point were working and hate the temperature it would be really hot next thing, warm next, thing very cold. Why can't it remain warm all throughout

The thing that i didn't enjoy is the part that the was no thing to charge the phone other than that i enjoy everything

The bus was not meant for long distance as it did not even have armrests or charging ports as the ticket had indicated. There air-conditioning was not working and no-one to direct us which bus was going to Pretoria passengers had to chase around Eagle Liner officials as to which bus to get into.

The convenience of charging spot,and the comfortability of the bus,also taking breaks helped a lot

The bus driver was driving fast and bad and also he was not communicating with us the passengers, he could not even tell us the bus stops and tell us to have few minutes break and was rude and very rude to even shout me for wanting to go to the lady's room.

Punctuality, is one of the factors that satisfied me. I still believe that students should get discounts😭

We were supposed to be in Pretoria by 07:25am but only got there around 12pm. They overbooked the bus. They prioritised only 1 passenger who was throwing a tantrum because they were careless and lost their phone, this delayed the bus because he was refusing to leave before he got his phone

The bus was scheduled to arrive at 07:10 and ended up arriving just before 11:00

The bus had a strong smell of urine due to a leaking toilet, which caused the urine to spread across the passage. While we understand this was an issue beyond the crew's control, a simple apology would have been appreciated and could have made a big difference

I didn't enjoy anything the bus was 5 hours late and the offices weren't even responding to calls, the drivers were rude

I wa disappointed bcz it drops me at the taxi rank that I didn't even know,their excuse was the bus doesn't allow to enter bus station, and was raining and worse part theily didn't inform me that the bus is not allowed in bus station

I did not enjoy their services, we had to pack and unpack our bags by ourselves. The bus had no window's, no ventilation system. They would give us 15 minutes break at the garage but end up being 45 minutes. The service there is very poor they even made us change buses.

Very bad i booked for my husband from east london to Pretoria they put him in a wrong bus right now he is strunded in Capetown rank and they are saying bus is full to give him a ticket to go back to East London they will give him Tommorow imagine i regret booking delta he is not the only one.

It was a terrible experience The bus was with hour and there was no explanation or apology

The bus was great but they dropped me in johannesburg and refused to take me to pretoria after I paid to go to pretoria. They said the bus isnt going to pretoria
