Why did you guys lie about the bus breakdown and gave us the lowest valued bus in the world after paying so much money. We delayed for 3 hours, that bus was dirty and stinking and there was no communication between us passangers and the driver. You guys need to do better and stop lying to us. I even took the pictures of the bus you lied about. I need you to refund me atleast half of what i payed because the standard of the bus you gave us deserves a R370

It was very bad 👎 😔. First, it arrived 1 hour and 30 minutes late. Second, when we finally boarded and reached Mthatha, we were taken to another bus that was less comfortable compared to the one I came with. I arrived at my destination at 19:20; I was supposed to arrive at 16:30 according to my booking. My meeting was at 5 PM, and I missed it.
