I am very disappointed because my bus came very late and didn't notify me that they are going to delay my departuring time was 22:35 but the bus arrived 23:15 and I arrived there 30 minutes before departuring time and the bus arrived 45 minutes later than departuring time sitting there at the engen garage (mount courrie) kokstad in the cold I am very disappointed .And I would like to lay a complain

Bus was 1 hr 30mins late. And imagine how cold it is at Kokstad outside. Intercape needs an office around Kokstad please 🙏

We left kokstad at 8pm. Got stuck in Pietermaritzburg for about 10 to 11 hours. Right now is 11:40. Still having 4hours to get to Pretoria. I missed an interview after 3years of being unemployed. My heart is very painful😭.

I booked a ticket from kokstad to Pretoria, on that I was told my pick up station would be kokstad 14 hope street at Shell garage at 19h35 around 19h40 we tried to call as we were two at the station as passengers. Other numbers appearing on the ticket weren't going through, but the last number went through and replied welcome to Eldo what what and were advised to hang up and call again, this went on several times.
We just saw a bus passing by without entering the filling station. We were then advised by the garage staff that Citiliner busses don't usually get in there.
We had to pay R80 each parson for a metre tax to follow the bus to kokstad engen garage (wimpy) when we found it there the driver told us he doesn't understand why the ticket would mention Shell garage because they only pick up at Wimpy
