The bus didn't arrive on time at the departure station and at the arrival station,when we arrive at kokstad the drive refused to drop me at the station appearing on my ticket I ended up paying more for the cab which was waiting me at my station.

The bus wad so warm the heaters were working, and the charging ports were all working, the chairs were so comfortable and most importantly the drivers were so friendly. Thank so much intercape see you at my next trip.

Absolute rubbish! I will never recommend it to anyone, I would honestly have it removed completely on the road if I had the power to do so. It's just nonsense! The service is extremely poor, the bus is not punctual.

The driver didn’t drop me off where I was supposed to be dropped. He just left me in the middle of the road around 4:30 am I tried talking to him, he was very rude and didn’t care what was going to happen to me.
