The driver of the bus insisted on having both the heater and the aircon on. This was very uncomfortable. I complained twice and asked him to switch off the heater yet he didn't. We were given only ten minutes breaks which I thought weren't enough... and towards the last three hours of the ride there were no breaks. Toilet inside the bus was clean however there was neither toilet paper nor paper towels.
