Poor customer service and not prepared to make customers their first priorities……long distance buses have to be checked by mechanics before they leave to any trips to see whether the bus can be able to handle long distance trips..we can’t be on the road and the bus be fixed as welll that’s impossible

All of a sudden they have eagleliner sticker. Arriving late and taking long stops as a result we got to Cape town 3 hours later than scheduled time. No longer the bus I know
