This trip wasn't the best of trips at all. Firstly the bus was changed to eagle liner which I didn't book and not to mention I didn't get a notification of change of buses. It could have easily left me at the stop if the drivers weren't vigilant. Secondly the bus broke down in East London resulting in a 4/5 hour delay and that wasn't nice.

Overall trip was ok... unfortunate event close to Colchester whereby the bus was thrown with stones/bricks and damaged the bus door . I had to get of at PE. But my husband the collected me at the station where the incident was reported. Overall no complaint. My trip fown to Port shepston was with Big Sky. I will DEFINITLY make use of them in future. More space, lights was more sufficient, and bathrooms was clean. WITH toiletpaper. There was no toiletpaper and not very clean.
