The bus ride was very unpleasant. The toilets and food tables were extremely dirty, there was no air circulation, and the bus became hot and uncomfortable with sweaty passengers. On top of that, the price is far too high—almost the same as what I would pay for a flight. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

I thought let me atleast give intercity bus the betterfit of the doubt and book for my travel once again. Liitle did i know that this company still does not take their business or clients serious. I will mention things that can be changed in a short term. TIME, the bus was so late that they had to make a utuurn to collect travellers that were left behind which inconvenienced my travel and arriving late at my destination.

Problem is initially I couldn't find my bus as it wasn't branded big sky intercity. Secondly our bus was so full I had to transfer to another Intercape branded bus just before Harrismith at the Engen Garage. The bus was mostly full except for one seat where the person in front of me pushed her seat back and acted like she was asleep. I couldn't sleep due to the compact space.
