The bus came very late we waited for almost 2 hours we arrived at 21:48 instead of 19:50, it wasn't the intercape it was a big sky and no communication was sent to me about that bus.

Very disappointed,the bus was full and the driver and his assistant were rude to the passengers,they send people who had cash to the taxes,and told us who booked online and people with tickets to go to the taxes and left us with taxes,my daughter got in the taxi, were told that they will use tickets and taxes will claim their money from eagle liner, the taxes took them on the other side of town and demanded cash from passenger.Passengers did pay and they were sent back Illing road on foot with they lagadges ,on their in Illing road they were told that another bus is coming.

I didn't enjoy the service at all ,the bus broke down we had to wait for other busses to deliver their passengers first .We waited for 2 hours and few minutes and that was very unpleasant they should've sent someone to fix the bus 😩👎🏽

The bus was very late, an hour late. In Johannesburg it arrived 2 hours late, had transportation problems to continue with my trip from Johannesburg. The stuff is horrible, they did not even apologize nor do explain their reason of being late. Never again will I be buying a ticket if Citiline
