First of all the bus was delayed for more than three hours without any explanation to me ,or rather i could have been made aware yesterday...to be on pickup point at 04h40 then to picked up at 08h45...its so disgusting and less considerate on the safety of women

The bus was 1 hour late and there was no communication. I was unattended for 40 straight minutes before boarding the bus. The windows next to my seat was open and it rained along the way 😢couldn't even close the window until we got to Heidelberg and I asked a gentleman who was checking tickets to please close it for me.

The driver of the bus was so inconsiderate, unprofessional and disrespectful. He was on the phone from my pickup point to arrival. He was texting, on social media and talking on the phone. He stopped along the way on the side of the road, on a very dangerous spot ( the oncoming vehicles were even hooting) just to have a quick cigarette smoke. As we proceeded along the way, he stopped the bus again behind a truck to have a quick meet and greet with the truck driver
