The bus did not pick me in Butterworth. I was told to get the bus in Umtata or Queenstown which is far from where i stay. I then suggested that I would rather get the bus in East London. Halfway to east London i was told by sms that the bus will be 1h45 late, while i was waiting on that i got another text saying the bus will be an hour late. When i went for check in, i was told that the bus left already. To my surprise, the sms that was sent to me . Very disappointed with Intercape
