Bus from Mossel Bay to Cape Town: Tickets & Schedules

The bus was four hours late, and I received the notification only when I was already at the bus station. The journey was unpleasant due to reckless driving. The drivers also didn't enforce rules on noise, allowing passengers to play music loudly without earphones, which was very distracting. When we arrived, the driver admitted to being tired and told us to unload our bags ourselves. This led to some people throwing bags around carelessly.

I had a very pleasant trip.The bus was on time..The drivers very helpful and they drove safely..The only thing is the dirt of the passengers that they left behind in the bus on the floors So if you can provide some dirt bags and announce to them to place the dirt in da bags and not on the floors. It's also the passengers responsibility to keep the bus clean..Thank you for a safe trip

It was an okay journey, the bus was late but that was expected as there was prior communication, however it seems like Intercape is becoming consistently late which raises a question of reliability.

No customer care. The bus is always not on time and no head up to customers that’s disrespectful. Not recommended

Your bus was delayed by 6 hours then after they didn’t not update us , then we ended up your bus left us , so where I was suppose to go I didn’t go because of your delay and left me after I’m so disappointed with your Big Sky company 🥺🥺

Bad the drivers didn’t want me to get onto the bus coz for some odd reason they couldn’t find my reference number that I’ve showed them multiple TIMES!!!

Firstly there was no journey with Intercity because the bus did not pitch and there was not even an sms or a call telling me about the bus cancelliation.

I waited for 3 hours for the bus. That had to be the 2 clock. This is very unacceptable and I had to fine out almost R50 of airtime to find out where the bus is. And onto of that the different individuals I spoke to keep giving info that never materialize.

I am disappointed as I can cancelled my dad's 1st date same day I booked it. Then rebooked him for 2 days later , did on site and was informed it would be refunded in 5 working days..when I followed up entire different story! Will never use your site n service again

The bus could honestly use some work, the bus driver was not accommodating nor helpful at all. The bus itself is a health hazard. Would never recommend to anyone

Bus cancelled without any prior notice, no update no alternative just stranded there

I did not board the bus, we arrived 02:30 and waited. 2 more people joined us a few minutes later waiting for the same bus. At about 03:45 other busses that were scheduled to leave after greyhound arrived and were departing one at a time. I started to get worried and phoned greyhound to enquire about the bus. Ii spoke to Theo and she told me that the bus left a hour before scheduled time and they have no other bus coming and we have to make a plan to get to our destination. I still can not believe it. Greyhound failed to inform us that the bus will be early for whatever reason. None of us got any follow-up call to check up on us.

The bus never arrived, I called multiple times but no one answered the phone.

Arrived early than the arrival time on the ticket, every time I use Williams they are on time to departure and early to arrive

Everything was good 😊the bus was clean❤️it was hot and it arrived on time😍it was my first time using Williams Coaches but definitely not the last time😊I'll use it every time when I'm travelling ❤️
