I was forced to rush to the point of departure due to bad communication and the bus arrived early about an hour from the time arranged which means if I didn't arrive at the departure point earlier I could have missed the bus and your poor communication forced me not even knowing which time stipulated for my trip. My trip was very poor in ratings.

Firstly there was nothing I enjoyed. The bus arrived 2 hours late and there was no communication advising us that the bus will be late. on route the driver overtook another vehicle over a solid line which had him being pulled over by the traffic officer and received a fine. Halfway through the trip we encountered a road block and was held there for almost 2 hours because the bus company has outstanding traffic fines. This caused everyone on the bus to be 4 hours late. I will never take a nother bus trip with this bus company. Always late. No communication whatsoever and uncomfortable seats.

I didn't even get to have a journey because my bus left me, yes I was 5 min late but not even a phone call to ask how far I am. Ontop of that I try to make contact but no luck, the numbers were unavailable until 30 min later. When I got ahold of someone eventually, there was no apology or them transferring me to another of their buses. My money had gone to waiste and I am never even looking their way again 🙌and will not be recommending it to anyone I know
