The bus was supposed to leave at 6 but we ended up leaving at 8 ,what suprised meis that I booked eagle liner but they used a different bus Gauteng coach which was very cold no USB charger

Very disappointed, 1stly we booked Eagle liner but offered Gauteng Coaches which was very old and uncomfortable. Nearly missed it coz we could recognize it and drivers did not announce. Bus got arrested at Park station for operating with no permit which caused a delay of 5 hrs. We were scheduled for 3am arrival but ended up arriving at 8:30 am. Bus had no toilet inside.
