The bus was extremely Cold your driver's don't consider passengers. It's cold season now and they don't put on hot air for us in the bus. There are old people with arthritis. To see specific an old man sitting infront of me was complaining that his knees were painful from the level of cold in the bus. The toilet got full and water started running out to our corridor. So it was the most painful travel experience ever since I used Intercape. It was Bus 233 from Cape Town. It was terrible the experience

There were cockroches on the bus, we nearly couldn't get sleep because we were afraid they may go into our food or something.It was the first time in me on a bus that was full of cockroaches. I was very upset and didn't expect this from the Intercape. It's always been a Reputable bus.

It was very comfortable and clean. The only problem I had with the bus is the fact that I put my stuff in the fridge and when I arrived home they were warm and had gone bad...so the fridge was switched of without even a warning

When I came to Cape Town we had dubble decker bus, however, when I went back to Potchefstroom we had a single decker bus with no leg space, and it was very uncomfortable not to strech my legs.
