According to customer reviews, the bus drive itself was fine and relaxed. However, there were issues with boarding in Cape Town as it was chaotic and there were no announcements or clear information about which gate the bus would depart from. Additionally, some customers experienced a breakdown of the bus in Plettenberg Bay without being informed or provided with adequate assistance. The lack of air conditioning made it uncomfortable to wait for a new bus during heavy rain.

Busdriver was very rude. There was an incident on the bus and a few passengers were having a heated discussion. The busdriver got in the middle and settled the argument and said everyone will be late now because he would drive slow now. We indeed drove very slow. We were supposed to be at our stop at 6.20 pm but the bus broke down at 7.45 pm 30 min before our stop. We were gonna be almost 2 hours late and would've been much later if friends didn't pick us up. It wasn't a nice journey at all and we regret taking a bus at all.

Nothing. It should be 0 start. They were extremely late, then they drove us for about 3 hours out of the station, to stop and say the bus doesn’t have a permit to go beyond that stop. We must wait for another bus to come get us, and it came after 4 hours of waiting. It was the most shady bus, broken everything. It was speeding like crazy, I got home 9 hours later than expected. The bus service should be removed immediately.
