Intercape is not what it used to be, their buses are very old and uncomfortable. The lights above our seats could’nt be turned of and we had to travel with the lights on and we weren’t able to sleep and rest..

On my way the heating or cooling system of the bus was not working properly. It was extremely hot. Return trip same, plus charging points not working. Return trip worse we arrived 6hrs later. Drama with passengers & buses being overbooked. Not taking this bus again.

Intercity is dirty, the toilet inside was smelling. The bus kept stopping every garage. According to my ticket I was supposed to be in town at 6am but to my surprise I got there at 9am. That bus is not organised and it’s inconveniencing, I will never use it again and I’d never recommend it to anyone. Total rubbish
