Booking online was easier, but arriving 3 hrs later was tiring and an inconvenience. The bus was not ryt, and its risky to carry lives in a bus that stops in the middle of the road. Never again will I use intercape.

The bus was delayed by an hour thirty minutes, the staff at Midrand Big Bird N1 kept us updated until the bus arrived. The bus ride was smooth i have no complaints, the service was good

I was supposed to leave Joburg at 19:00pm but i didn't travel coz the bus came at 23:00pm and leave Park Station at 03:00am to Qumbu and remember i was supposed to be at Qumbu at 07:26am so that i can attend the unveiling but i decided to cancel that trip and iam very disappointed and no more using it.
