Their service was very bad and poor. 1 The drivers were rude. 2 The Bus got stuck for more than 2 hours. 3 They stopped in the middle of no where to buy corn without informing us. The trip was delayed for more than 5 hours.

Intercape is not what it used to be, their buses are very old and uncomfortable. The lights above our seats could’nt be turned of and we had to travel with the lights on and we weren’t able to sleep and rest..

Intercity is dirty, the toilet inside was smelling. The bus kept stopping every garage. According to my ticket I was supposed to be in town at 6am but to my surprise I got there at 9am. That bus is not organised and it’s inconveniencing, I will never use it again and I’d never recommend it to anyone. Total rubbish
