My trip was so Frustrating and Inconvenient, we had a break down and we were stuck for more than 4hours with kids less than 6yrs, when the Greyhound team sent another bus it was so uncomfortable and the was cold air going inside the bus. Let alone one of the Bus Drivers being very rude towards us, I don’t think I will ever use Greyhound or recommend it to someone else
