An absolute nightmare. I've had some mild inconveniences with intercape before but this trip takes the cake. We broke down 50km from my destination. Waited 3 hours for another bus (it was quickly turning out to be a 36 degree day). When the backup bus arrived, it also broke down 5km away from the other. We proceeded to wait another hour before the issue was sorted out. And we are once again on the way. Arrival time was meant to be 09:05. As I'm writing this, it is 13:12, we're 25km from my destination. I pray that we don't have another breakdown. I'm astounded that this was allowed to happen. I cannot recommend this bus service less.

It was okay. I was disappointed by the heat in the bus, and when we alerted the driver, he said there was nothing he could do.
There were also no charging stations which can make it an inconvenience when travelling long distances. The driver also wasted a lot of time within stops and we ended up stopping 45 minutes in Bloemfontein.
The most disappointing fact was that instead of us arriving at 08h25 we arrived at 10h10 in Grahamstown with no apology.

The bus arrived to my destination quicker than I expected, it was clean and smelling fresh. But it was a bit uncomfortable because the passenger infront of me adjusted her seat so I couldn’t stretch my legs cause them to hurt.
