I enjoyed the bus drivers friendly service but the bus broke down once and we got another bus as a replacement just for it to breakdown too. We have been hungry, thirsty and sweaty for the past 5 hours. Our bus was supposed to arrive at 9 instead as it’s 13:30 right now we are still on the road trying to fight to get to the town

An absolute nightmare. I've had some mild inconveniences with intercape before but this trip takes the cake. We broke down 50km from my destination. Waited 3 hours for another bus (it was quickly turning out to be a 36 degree day). When the backup bus arrived, it also broke down 5km away from the other. We proceeded to wait another hour before the issue was sorted out. And we are once again on the way. Arrival time was meant to be 09:05. As I'm writing this, it is 13:12, we're 25km from my destination. I pray that we don't have another breakdown. I'm astounded that this was allowed to happen. I cannot recommend this bus service less.

I didn't enjoy anything, we had 2 breakdowns no food no nothing. The drivers were cool but the bus was kaak,please service your buses.

The service from the drivers was excellent and had a safe trip, the problem was the bus, needs to be fixed.

It was okay. I was disappointed by the heat in the bus, and when we alerted the driver, he said there was nothing he could do. There were also no charging stations which can make it an inconvenience when travelling long distances. The driver also wasted a lot of time within stops and we ended up stopping 45 minutes in Bloemfontein. The most disappointing fact was that instead of us arriving at 08h25 we arrived at 10h10 in Grahamstown with no apology.

The drivers are kind and drove we'll also it was a comfortable bus

The bus was very clean, in a good sate to drive long distance and left the Bosman station right at the departure time. The drivers were very professional. The entire trip experience was excellent. Kudos to the massive improvements to the Intercity bus service.

Bus was on time departure and arrival Drivers did care about passengers. Keep it up

The bus arrived to my destination quicker than I expected, it was clean and smelling fresh. But it was a bit uncomfortable because the passenger infront of me adjusted her seat so I couldn’t stretch my legs cause them to hurt.

It was on time at the Pretoria station and left on time at JHB, with USB ports, clean toilets and flexible seats. However other pick-ups on the route waste time and looks so unplanned and unprofessional. Some people are picked up with no seats available for them.

It was fine and they very good drivers,experienced no complications on the way but since I’m not used to the long distance driving I was so tired and having a bad headache but this is just my health problem not their problem

Mid they were no charging areas there and air-conditioner was constantly on high temperature
