I had a very bad and costly experience with my traveling yesterday. I booked a bus online from FortBeautfort to Port Elizabeth. The departure point was Sasol garage. I was at Sasol garage from 15h30 and my bus was for 16h20, only to see the bus passing the garage at about 16h30 and we quickly followed the bus while also phoning the number written behind the bus and the lady from the call centre told us that she is calling the driver to let him know what happed, I was on the line for about 20 minutes with the lady, only to be told that they driver will only stop at Grahamstown, I fully understand the driver but my main problem is with intercape, for a person who has never taken a bus from that pick up point and Sasol garage is written on my ticket if I am parked at Sasol garage I should be able to see the bus if I'm facing the main Road from the garage, meaning the bus stop is not exactly Sasol garage but before Sasol garage. We followed the but for more than 60km to Grahamstown and the drivers told me that it's company policy not to stop which I fully understand but the the lady from the call centre misled us . I'm going to arrange a for a person who can take a picture of the garage and a picture of where the bus actually stop and post that on Hellopeter , that inconvinience ended up costing me more than double my bus fare.

Bus leaving from Fort Beaufort to Port Elizabeth was 2 hours late and from Port Elizabeth to Fort Beaufort was 6 hours late, never using this company again, as an person over 70 years of age having to wait this long is cruel and was very uncomfortable!
