This is the second time I've a bad experience with Jacobs. I booked a bus and they sent a shuttle that had 2 tire bursts while we are on the road, the shuttle is very old and uncomfortable. I booked a luxury coach and to my surprise we travelled by Iveco shuttle. It was Soo uncomfortable for a long journey to Cape Town. The shuttle arrived an hour late than the scheduled time, we were not informed accordingly.
