The toilet was very dirty .full of urine on the toilet floor plus the toilet. Also smelling.
The helpers of the bus did not care for passengers to make sure it was cleaned in some stations when the bus stops. They aslo did not care about passengers and not with welcoming attitude. They dont announce when itstime to depart for the passengers as they are sleeping some almost went further with the bus to the other station. But thank you to intercap e bosses for the bus we defenately need your car ies but only just for cousin and be strict to your employee to care for passengers..

Horrible journey. waited 2 and a half hours for the bus, got picked up by another, was not allowed to choose a seat. I sat next to a lady who had a child old enough to have a seat which means there were 3 of us on a space meant for 2.
