Bus was supposed to come at 7:45.by 7:30 I was at the terminal,until 11:00,their office at terminal was locked,calls not going through,emails not going through..I ended up taking a taxi,I lost my money and have no where to claim it back...poor service ever..
I'm really disappointed, my bus was supposed to arrive 2:35 but only arrived around 3:15 and the driver said it was not my bus he just came to fetch the lady who was going to airport,while her bus was supposed to arrive 3:20 thats totally not fair. I arrived late to my meeting
