Unhappy, buy two tickets just to get seated away from each other. Bus drivers don't say where a person is ... bus is dirty and broken seat belts don't work 😒

I waited for more than an hour for the bus to arrive. The waiting area is outside, without a shelter, and I had to wait that long for the bus to arrive. It was very windy and hot. The bus was supposed to leave at 08h05 but arrived at 09h30.

The bus assistant was very rude and impatient with clients, he does not have decency at all making the experience very unpleasant. I kept asking both the bus driver and assistant to kindly turn down the aircon as it was unbearably cold with a few of us in the bus already coughing and sneezing, to which I was completely ignored. This was my first most unpleasant trip with BigSky and I hope it was my last.
