The bus drove past the Astron stop in Riversonderend and when i enquired the call centre stated that they were at the stop to pick me up and that the tracker stated that, however the bus drove past me. The call centre stated that it was my fault and i lost my money. I will definitely never book or recommend anyone to travel with your busses. It is the most unreliable transport system.
