Of all my bus trips this was the worst. Firstly the bus was 1.5 hours late, then a repair to the rear view mirror added another 30 minutes delay, and to add to that, the bus had to turn back to Grahamstown to pick up 2 passengers who were late for an already late bus. No information is shared. It is expected to accept what dished without even an apology. The day bus is preferred for a reason. Time is important.

Its was very scary the driver was in a hurry I don't know for what he was speeding plus driving that side is not. Easy because of the sharp curves overtaking the trucks. It's was not a relaxing we had older people who kept telling him to slow down

I hope my review can help and changes will be made. Firstly the driver was very insolent towards passengers. The bus kept making this annoying beeping sound. We drove a very long way from PE to make a refreshment stop. When we landed in Bloemfontein, no announcement was made to notify us, I had to ask and other passengers knew about the drivers behavior and were scared of him and that's unacceptable.

Bus was smelling sewerage coz toilet is full. imagine, also passengers can easily be robbed of their belongings there, no tags on bags, also at one stop one guy who was not even a passenger was allowed by the drivers to get inside the Bus selling stuff.. no It was a nightmare
