I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience on Intercape Bus 703 from Bloemfontein to Pietermaritzburg. The bus broke down not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES, leaving me and fellow passengers stranded. The lack of reliability and maintenance is appalling.
To make matters worse, when I tried to reach out to the customer service team on WhatsApp, I was met with unhelpful and dismissive responses from Nerishka D. Her tone was mean and unprofessional, and she didn't even attempt to calm the situation or provide any meaningful support.
As a regular Intercape customer, this experience has been a huge letdown. I've used their services every month, but after this, I'm not sure if I'll be continuing. The repeated breakdowns and poor customer service have left a sour taste in my mouth.
Unless Intercape takes serious steps to improve their bus maintenance and customer service, I'd advise others to think twice before booking with them.
