I was very disappointed with Intercape.The bus was suppose to arrive at 13:00 but it arrived 15:00 .It was 2 hours late. If we wanted to depart late ,we would have booked a bus that leaves later in the day.There is a reason why we chose the 13:00 bus

First of all I received 3 sms telling me that there will be a delay in the departure time,last sms said delayed for 20 minutes but bus came around past 9 and supposed to leave 07:50. The drivers did not give us proper stopping so that we can buy food and refresh .No communication in the bus.
