As a first time traveler, I must say that it was quite amazing and the Driver par excellence- and a gentleman as well!
Please may I ask who to contact re my toiletry bag and a bag with my whiskey (v important playing the Irish today!)which I left on the bus. It was the 6am Blue Sky bus from CT to Knysna. My seat was 3rd row on right side behind the Driver and these items were in the rack above me.

The bus was delayed but communication was sent early in the morning which helped to prevent going to the bus station and waiting there for long hours. They sticked to the new departure time and I arrived on my destination exactly at the estimated time of arrival. The bus was neat and didn’t have any technical issues on the way. Good experience overall.

Never again. The bus departed 4 hours later. The bus driver was obnoxious & rude. I had to take medicine for a migraine and ask to wake me at my destination. They woke me at the next town where I was dropped at 4am. I had to pay for bags!

Enjoyed nothing, at first didn't go at 2pm. As it was suppose to. Stops for breaks non stop, then got stocked for about an hour. Final destination time was at 9.30pm only arrived in knysna 12am the next day😡😡first time boarding with your bus and was my last time also
