The bus did not arrived,I waited for several hours. They do not pick there phones up waisted 100rand of airtime and got no response.

Poor service! I waited for two hours, wait for the bus and even trying to locate the bus their offices not responding even their whatsapp number. Since 21:30 until 23:54,when I got a call from eagle liner informing me that they had sent smses to the passengers that they must board into Interstar bus, even that bus was long gone, if I knew I would have boarded. Ended up asking the police to take me back home as they had other means. I thought I should give them a chance, but I was stupid, no wonder a guy from Bloemfontein station wss furious two weeks ago, I understand shame.
