This has been an extremely unhappy first-time experience, and this I would like advertise for all to see. What was stated as a drop-off location on my confirmation, which I sent to my people where to pick me up was not the physical location of where the bus finally stopped.

Very bad, the bus never arrived, we had to be placed in an eagle liner bus that was going somewhere else, and the bus driver didn’t even know where our stop was. the driver asked us for directions, and ended up leaving us where he felt was suitable all in the name of not knowing where we are going which resulted in me waiting in the rain for about 20min for family to arrive. There were random stops and the driver was not communicating as to why we’re stopping in the middle of the road. Lastly we had to personally take out our own bags from the bus, or the driver would continue with his journey because he’s not the one that packed it.
