I never enjoyed anything the bus stops enywhere it feels like, was more than 3hrs late and then still broke down making us have to wait more than 1 HR at park station for a new bus

The bus was out of service,the toilet was not working,in such a way that a 4 hours trip turned into 8 hours and when we arrived in Midrand the drivers wasn't helping with the bags as he didn't open all doors for us to have easy access to our luggages.

I didn’t enjoy this trip. Bus was late, no AC, no fan. Completely hot and stuff the entire trip. Supposed to arrive at 12:15. Arrived at 14:10. Never using the service again

The bus was late by 1hour 30mins and there was no update informing us that the bus is running late. Secondly there are no seat allocations, it was chaotic having to find a seat especially since people were out so it wasn’t easy to identify which seat is occupied.
