The arrival time to the destination is not what's written on when you're buying the ticket,the bus was supposed to arrive at 12h30 in Pretoria but only arrived at 14h40 because of different pick ups and drop offs that were not mentioned on the internet when I was purchasing the ticket

The driver unprofessional. Bus was late no apologies.Bus stop alot on the road.Imagine leaving new castle at 7.40 arriving Pretoria 15:00.No apologies.Luggage not managed properly..someone took another bag by mistake..no assures of getting it back.Driver responds like its none of his business that its lost.The bus itself its fine but treatment to passengers unprofessional at all.Its like we a in the bus taxi..!

Well I liked it but I was upset at how late it was. It was scheduled for 15:30 but arrived at 16:50. Secondly there were cockroaches by the window, they started appearing at night.
