My bus was suppose to leave at 7:10. Got a message at 6am to say bus will be late by 1h. Phoned helpdesk and was advisex that the bus will be there around 8:30. We only left at 10:30. That os a whole 3 hours late. So we had to be out in the cold for nothing.

The bus came on time,there was enough space to sit( it was not overcrowded),the bus company provided plastics for waste disposal, halfway through to cape town somebody came to collect the rubbish.
