I was on a 9.5hr trip which turned into a 10hr trip and the bus was a whole hour late to fetch me , I battled to sleep along the way because the chair didnt want to recline and i didnt want to invade the person behind me's space. The aircon wasnt very effective as it was very hot and stuffy in there. The toilet always smells gross and theres no toilet paper and the door doesnt close properly so it's always banging open and closed all the time , which is annoying. But on the plus side of things , I thought the driver was quite good, and they were both very friendly, and were very accommodating to the elderly who boarded the bus, and I appreciated that. The chairs are quite comfortable and the charging points are quite useful. People who get carsick should really be warned to bring nausea medication along though. Overall I was quite satisfied with the trip.
