Well it was'nt cold and the charger ports were working but it was late by almost two hours and thus arrived late with no way to help is with transport issue bake to our houses.

Firstly the bus came two hours late which is unacceptable,and we received no communication telling us it would be late, secondly it was a bus with full capacity that had no air-conditioning,that is not hygienic at all. The only consolation was that the driver was very kind and he drive well during the incliment weather

The bus was delayed by 2 hours, and then when it was my stop, ( Mathata to Port Shepstone) I was sleeping no-one woke me as it was 10pm, to disembark, the bus then proceeded to take me to Durban, when my boss tried to fetch me, he had to drive all the way to Toti before the bus would let me off. I Was supposed to disembark in Port Shepstone. Why do they not do checks to see who needs to disembark at what stops,
