Worst bus trip of my life. I never usually have bad experiences with Intercape but this one was awful. The bus kept stopping at random stops and it wreaked of human urine the entire way. Also the bus was an hour and a half delayed with no notification to customers. We also never received stickers for our luggage which was concerning.

Only stopped once. The bus was delayed by 2hour, but only got there 3am in the morning was 5hours late.
Very dangerous for a woman to stand there that time of the morning.

The bus was 2 hours late. They warned me it would be 1 hour late, but then ended up being even later. The rest of the trip was fine, the stops were decent and the driver was friendly.

Any chance of getting USB charging ports installed? Can't sleep while traveling in any vehicle, so listen to music and watch movies on my phone, but end up running both flat by the time I get to Cape Town.

My trip was over 7hours long and I could not sleep. There was a sound in the bus that constantly went off, if the sound is meant for the driver to be cautious then he needs to be hear it alone but not the passengers. I didn't sleep and I can understand that the bus was 90minutes late but I would've appreciated it if I could sleep as I had to go straight to work after it got to Bellville before 7am
