The bus was delayed for 45 Min in the process of waiting robbers came inside the Intercape Offices and robbed us. They robbed my father his belongings and hit him with something on the head he was bleeding all night and is currently seen by doctor.

The bus toilet was unlockable throughout, pls it must not be like that. It was too much of an inconvenience. I was seated on the the 1st seat exactly next to the toilet, the door was forever banged by wind. Just imagine from King William's Town to Bloemfontein.
