Driver was terribly unprofessional and unpleasant. I was dropped off at a different stop - the ticket clearly stated it would stop at the shell garage and that is where I was being picked up, the driver instead dropped me off at a taxi rank.

They did not drop me at my stop (le van shell Garage Uitenhage ) I was dropped in Port Elizabeth power station .

The bus arrived 3hours late we had to wait and wait bus left after 9pm at night a while we where traveling the bus lost power over 4 times we had to stop and get water from the small dams to full in .as it was really scary being stuck on the bends

And apparently the driver was as well new he didn't know the route

I didn't enjoy the driver, he was rude and stopped at some weird place where we couldn't even get food. This was just poor and the driver didn't even alert us that we should get off in Uitenhage.

To be honest, I didn’t enjoy anything about my experience. From the start, the service at Park Station was very poor — we were made to pay for our luggage without it even being weighed, despite the ticket clearly stating that up to 25kg was included.
Secondly, the hygiene on the bus was far below the expected standard for a luxury coach. There were cockroaches on board, and the seating arrangements lacked order.
Lastly, the drop-off process was very disappointing. I was under the impression that it would be at the same location as the Eagle Bus, but it wasn’t, and I had to make last-minute transport arrangements, which added unnecessary cost.
Overall, I was not impressed with the service and found the experience far below Greyhound’s advertised standards.
